Privacy Notice – GameHub / Game Hub We operate without advertising partners. There is no ad tracking and we do not sell personal data. We do not share data with third parties for marketing/advertising purposes. Data is processed and, where necessary, shared only to provide platform features (e.g. gameplay/rooms/VIP/ULTI VIP features), to enable communication between players, or to comply with legal obligations. 1) What data do we process? - Account data: e.g. username/display name, language preferences, VIP/ULTI VIP status (if applicable). - Gameplay: rooms, game states/moves, statistics, chat messages (if used). - Technical data: e.g. IP address, timestamps, device/browser information (user agent), cookies/session IDs. 2) What do we use this data for? - Providing and operating the platform (login, session, security). - Running games and rooms (synchronization, showing moves). - Displaying information to other players in the same room (e.g. name/slot/ready status, game state, chat) – only within the context of that game/room. - Abuse/fraud prevention, troubleshooting, stability. Optional: - AI features (if enabled): To compute an AI move, the necessary game data (e.g. state + legal moves) is sent to the AI service configured in the hub settings. 3) Sharing / recipients - Other players: Only what is required for the game/room (e.g. name, slot, moves, chat). - Service providers: Only as needed to operate the service (e.g. hosting/IT/email delivery), under confidentiality/data-processing agreements. - Authorities/public bodies: Only when legally required. 4) Cookies / local storage We use technical cookies/storage mechanisms that are required for login, security, and basic settings (e.g. language). 5) Retention We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Inactive room/game data may be cleaned up automatically. Technical logs are kept only briefly for security and troubleshooting. 6) Your rights Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
