## Terms – GameHub / Game Hub ## 1) Service description - The platform provides games, organization (e.g. rooms/invites) and statistics. We may change, extend or reduce our offering (e.g. features, game selection, prices and availability) at any time. ## 2) Game points - Game points are an internal in-game currency with no monetary value. - Non-transferable and only usable within OptiGameHub. - Game points are used exclusively to unlock content/features in selected games. ## 3) User account - Users are responsible for the accuracy of their information and for keeping their login credentials secure. - Abuse, manipulation and disruption of gameplay are prohibited. - Cheating/manipulation (e.g. bots, exploits, modifications, multiple accounts to deceive) is prohibited and may result in suspension/ban. - If an account is banned for proven cheating (e.g. based on technical logs/protocols), any remaining runtime (VIP/Ultra) may be forfeited without refund. - Illegal/unlawful chat content is not tolerated (e.g. criminal content, threats, hate speech, harassment). Violations may lead to content removal, suspension/ban and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities. ## 4) Liability - Use is at your own risk; liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. ## 5) Final provisions - The applicable law/jurisdiction is as stated in the imprint (where permitted). - If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
